I was never big follower of Yoga though I had recovered my asthma attacks due to it After many years started facing the some physical issues n thought of again giving yoga a try n I was amazed by the transformation in myself in just 2-3 months … body became lighter n more flexible … I started understanding myself more clearly …. Pranayam gives me immense calmness which I would have never thought of…. With proper guidance from Snigdha can even understand how yoga can overcome stress n emotions too … I have started looking everything positively .Now I think weight loss is not important but flexibility, positivity ,calmness n happiness r more important …
